Order Processing
Each Ruby Loves order is handmade and handled with care. Please expect that your order will take 1-2 days to process.

Shipping
We want you to have your Ruby Loves jewelry as fast as possible, and in order to keep the cost reasonable, orders will be shipped Priority Mail and delivered in 2-3 business days via USPS for just $7. If you need your order more quickly, we can also ship overnight for $25.

Returns
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Please contact us at helpmenow@rubyloves.com; or 415.902.2162 if you have any problems with an order or our products. Returns will be accepted within 3 weeks of your order date for a full refund, less shipping costs. Exchanges will be accepted for 30 days from your order date.

Gifts
Each Ruby Loves item is packaged in a sweet box, adorned with simple modern touches, ready for gift giving. You don’t have to do a thing in order to give a very special gift, every time.

Custom Creations
Please feel free to make special requests and to commission custom work. All my work is available in 14k gold by request.

I want you to have jewelry that is cherished and uniquely yours. Whether it is for a wedding, the birth of a child, or another occasion, my made-to-order jewelry is as special as you are.
